Zusammenfassung: | The proposed method for exciting seismic waves and a device for the realization of the method can be used in geological prospecting of mineral resources and in seismic investigations. The proposed method consists in using an electromechanical converter with an active element and a reactive element that are installed with the possibility to rotate relative to each other. To the input winding of the converter, current pulses are applied that are converted into force pulses that act on the controlled medium via the active element of the converter. The proposed method differs in that the active element and the reactive element of the converter are at first set in a specified initial position, in which the corresponding initial inductance of the converter exceeds its minimal inductance, and then the rotation of the active element is provided when concurrently applying current pulses to the input winding of the converter. The length of the said pulses is equal to or less than the length of the time interval within which the inductance of the converter changes from the initial value to the maximal one. In the initial position of the active element and reactive element of the converter, a static force is provided with which the said elements interact with each other. A device for the realization of the proposed method contains a support plate, an electromechanical converter designed as a motor coupled with the active element of the converter, a platform for positioning the motor, and a crank gear for transmitting forces and linear motions. The platform is coupled with the support plate via springs. The present invention provides for improving the parameters that are characterize economic effectiveness of geological prospecting and reliability of the equipment used.

Предлагаемый способ заключается в том, что для возбуждения сейсмических колебаний используется электромеханический преобразователь с активным и реактивным элементами, установленными с возможностью вращения относительно друг друга.
