Zusammenfassung:A semiconductor-magnetic generator of charge-exchange one-polar pulses comprises DC voltage source, a charging circuit comprising in series connected a first switch with unidirectional conductance, operating winding of linear choke and first capacitor, which in accordance with conductance of first switch is connected to positive and negative output terminals of a voltage source, first commutation choke, first terminal of which is connected to the common point of linear choke and first capacitor, a transformer, the primary winding of which is shunted by blank terminals of second commutation choke and second capacitor, correspondingly, which are in series connected to each other, the secondary transformer winding is shunted by leads of third capacitor and correspondingly input and common terminals of following units of pulses magnetic compression, output and common terminals of which are shunted by terminals of one-polar load, a signal shaping circuit, power supply input of which is connected to output of auxiliary circuits of a voltage source, its first signalling input is connected to control input of first switch. In addition, re-charge winding of the linear choke and a second switch with unidirectional conductance are connected to control input of the first switch, which are in series connected. Their blank terminals are connected to a common point of linear choke operating winding and first capacitor and to negative output terminal of the voltage source, to which conductance of second key is directed, a diode, anode and cathode of which are connected in accordance with second output of first commutation choke and a common point of second commutation choke and second capacitor, and an element of remagnetizing current, first and second terminals of which are connected to diode cathode and to the common point of recharge winding of the linear choke to the second switch. Second signalling output of the signal shaping unit is connected to control input of the second switch.
