Zusammenfassung:A process for preparing the biological preparation based on nitrogen-fixing bacteria û producers of exopolysaccharides comprises preparing the nutrient media with gel-forming components, sterilization, checking for the presence of extraneous microflora and growing the nitrogen-fixing bacteria in thenutrient media. Molasses, corn extract and silicagel which are formed directly in the medium of liquid glass and sulphuric acid are used as constituents of the nutrient medium to cultivate the bacteria.
