Zusammenfassung:	The method for manufacturing the insert for the cartridge of limb prosthesis consists in putting the knitted sheath onto the stump pattern. Distally, the support dampening element is installed. The knitted sheath is saturated by the silicon gel with the catalyst filling the cavity of the support dampening element followed by vulcanization of the composition. Thereafter, the filled support dampening element is removed. Then the filled support element obtained as indicated above is enclosed by thespecified number of the layers of the knitted tube and covered by the envelope made of the polymeric film. The silicon gel with the catalyst is poured inside through the opening. The composition is distributed evenly in the preformed insert. Upon vulcanization, the shape of the envelope is finally matched.
