Zusammenfassung:A device for sintering producing metallurgical raw material, in which dosing device is connected by conveying tract with the plant for the producing briquettes from charge, made with the possibility of placing a layer of briquettes on the working surface of the continuous transporting unit and batcher for the solid fuel supplying, at that the unit of the reducing heating is made with the possibility over which supply dispenser placed back side is made with the possibility of heat treatment of briquettes with the combustible natural gas. And under the unit of the reducing heating suction header for withdrawal of the exhaust gases, joint with the device for their burning, which by the overflow collector is connected to the section of drying and pre-heating, at that to the unit of reducing heating is adjacent the unit for the reinforcing heating agglobriquettes with radiators of infrared rays, under which is disposed the suction header for the removal of the outgoing zinc-containing gases, which header is joint to the heat exchanger and dust catcher. At that the heat exchanger is connected by the overflow collector sections with the drying stations, units for the pre-heating and reducing heating briquettes. And the unloading part of the continuous transporting unit is located in the zone of agglobriquettes cooling, containing the transporting path for moving of the and strengthened agglobriquettes and the device for supplying the initial metal raw materials to them. At that the unloading part of the transporting path of the cooling unit is located in the loading part of the heat exchange unit of drum-type, connected with the overflow collector with the unit for reducing heating of the briquettes, and the unloading part of the heat exchange unit is located above the screens, made with the possibility of supplying of the oversize fraction of the prepared agglobriquettes to the storage, and the undersize product to a further sieve made, with the possibility of supplying of the oversize fraction of return to the working surface of the continuously transporting unit, and undersize product of the dehydrated raw metal to the tank for the charge components.
