Zusammenfassung:A maize combine-harvester has horizontal ear-separating rollers, placed transversally, contact ends of the rollers with cone coils of a screw type, stem-delivery beaters, a stem cutter, a receiving chamber with an ear conveyer, delivery chains with pawls and rod spring-loaded pressers of stems to the delivery chains. The contact ends of an upper corn snapper roller are shifted relative to the lower one in the transversal direction and form a contact channel. The pawls of the delivery chains overlap a contact channel for passing the stems along the length.
