Zusammenfassung:Method for production of copper-zinc-aluminum catalyst comprises of dissolving aluminum hydroxide, metal copper, dissolving sedimentation agent, preparing solution of the mix of solutions of nitrate salts of aluminum, zinc and copper, with sedimentation of non-dissolvable salts of aluminum, zinc and copper from solutions of nitrate salts with separation of deposit from the initial solution, washing the deposit, with drying, firing, milling catalyst mass and tableting the catalyst. After deposition the suspension is cooled, it is separated from the initial solution, washed, dissolving of aluminum hydroxide is performed in the excess of nitric acid, and solution of aluminum nitrate obtained is used in the process of zinc oxide dissolving. Apparatus for copper-zinc-aluminum catalyst production includes dissolvers, sedimentation reactor, pump, connected to filter-press, with installed in sequence furnaces for drying and firing, slide and tableting machine. Apparatus additionally has three vessels.
