Zusammenfassung:The proposed measuring unit for calibrating and testing gas flow meters contains a casing filled with liquid and a bell-shaped chamber, which is installed in the casing. The bell-shaped chamber is separated into sections by three or more partitions, so that the volumes of the sections are multiple of the least section. The sections are connected to the testing pipeline and the gas supply unit via branch pipes and valves. The diameter of each branch pipe corresponds to the volume of the section with the branch pipe. The present invention provides a possibility to increase accuracy and productivity when calibrating and testing gas flow meters.
