In so doing the blood is taken from the jugular vein of the heifer as additional, a short-term culture of blood cells is prepared, they are cultivated, the blood cells suspension obtained iscentrifuged, incubated in hypotonic solution, fixed with the mixture "metyl alcohol-acetic acid", poured by glass plates, dried and dyed, the frequency of availability of metaphase particles containing the XY chromosomes is assessed.
