REGENERATING CARTRIDGE OF ISOLATING BREATHING APPARATUS

A regenerating cartridge of the isolating breathing apparatus contains an exhaling and inhaling connecting pipes, a starter, and an internal shell mounted with the gap inside the housing. The internal shell is filled with the oxygen-containing substance and contains the perforated partitions dividing the internal space. The distribution chamber formed at the center of the shell-confined space is connected with the exhaling connecting pipe. The heat spreaders are distributed within the bulk of the oxygen-containing substance. The dissecting device for the exhaled air is mounted within the distribution chamber. The heat spreaders are equipped with the grids attaching tightly to the plates and fitting to the odd partitions of the internal shell. The dissecting device for the exhaled air represents the spacer with the crimp. To improve the operational parameters, the sections comprising the oxygen-containing substance are designed in such a way that the sorption capacity for the carbon dioxide should be the same. The exhaling connecting pipes in the cup of the housing and the pipe within the sections filled with the oxygen-containing substance are eccentric to the longitudinal axis of the cartridge.
