METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SOLID DOSAGE FORM WITH SUSTAINED RELEASE OF ACTIVE INGREDIENT

The invention relates to the medicine, in particular to the pharmaceutical industry and may be used for manufacturing the solid dosage form with the sustained release of the active ingredient. The method for manufacturing the solid dosage form with the sustained release of the active ingredient provides for treating the structure-forming substance, silicon dioxide, with the active ingredient followed by tableting or filling into the capsules. The active ingredient represents the herbal raw material or the herbal extracts. Upon treating silicon dioxide with the active ingredient, the resulting material is powdered. Then the herbal raw material is powdered followed by its treatment with pretreated silicon dioxide. The herbal raw material, the herbal extracts, and silicon dioxide are taken at a (1-10):(2-20):(1-10) mass ratio. The invention provides for increasing treatment efficacy with the extended spectrum of therapeutic effects and increasing stability of the preparation. The powders, the capsules, and the tablets with specified physical and mechanical properties may be produced without auxiliary excipients.
