Zusammenfassung:	The knee mechanism of hip prosthesis contains upper and lower transitional links of the hip and the shin, the connecting axis of the knee hinge, and the elastic element designed as the spring pushing out the shin. The axis of the knee hinge is designed as two aligned half-axes spaced apart at a distance corresponding to the external diameter of theelastic element. The elastic element represents the extendable spring. The upper hook of the spring is hinged above the axis of the knee hinge at the left. The lower hook of the spring is hinged to the elasticity adjuster enabling for its vertical displacement in the through central opening of the lower transitional link.
