Zusammenfassung:A method for preparing 1,2,5-trimethyl-4-phenyl-4-propionyloxypiperidine hydrochloride by acylation of 1,2,5-trimethyl-4-phenylpiperidol-4 propionic anhydride with producing 1,2,5-trimethyl-4-phenyl-4-propionyloxypiperidine at high temperature, by hydrochlorination of 1,2,5-trimethyl-4-phenyl-4-propionyloxypiperidine with hydrogen chloride in the solvent. The method envisages that 1,2,5-trimethyl-4-phenylpiperidole-4 is acidulated with propion anhydride at the temperature of 40-160 DEGREE C into 1,2,5-trimethyl-4-phenyl-4-propionyloxypiperidine. The latter is isolated from reaction bulk and processed with solution of hydrogen chloride in isopropyl alcohol with obtaining 1,2,5-trimethyl-4-phenyl-4-propionyloxypiperidine hydrochloride.
