Zusammenfassung:The proposed set for determining activity of endothelial elastase in biological liquids contains a polystyrene case with an immobilized marking ferment that is complexly bounded with protein substrate, a proteinase preparation, phosphate buffer solution for preparing working solution of proteinase, control material and tested probes, detergent for preparing washing liquid, inhibitors for suppressing activity of certain proteinases, citrate buffersolution, ortophenylendiamine, and hydroperite for detecting residual activity of the marking ferment. All the components are packed in a single package. The component contents are as follows: the proteinase preparation and phosphate buffer solution - 12.5 ml of each component, the detergent - 0.75 ml, the citrate buffer solution - 6 ml, the ortophenylendiamine - 2 mg or 1 tablet, and the hydroperite - 1 tablet. The case contains marking ferment that is complexly bonded with the protein substrate containing the Ala-Ala sequence. As the proteinase preparation, elastase is used to the extent of 6 ml. As the inhibitors, phenylsulfonylfluoride with concentration of 0.2 mg/ml, to the extent of 75 l, and 6 % solution etylendiamintetraacetate to the extent of 20 l are used.
