Zusammenfassung:The proposed method for producing fat substrate involves fermentative splitting of fats in the presence of water and activator at the temperature required for the ferment activity. As the ferment, lipolaktyne is used, and as the activator, - "Amirol-M" adsorptive active additive. The process is carried out at the initial temperature of 15-17 DEGREE C with the subsequent exothermic elevation of the temperature to 34-37 DEGREE C and maintaining thetemperature at this level and with pH value of 5.8-6.3.
