Zusammenfassung:	A method for treating the varicose of the saphenous veins provides for endovenous laser coagulation of the great saphenous vein being disconnected from the circulation beforehand by ligation of sapheno-femoral anastomosis with the aid of intra-operative external elastic compression. Способ лечения варикозного расширения подкожных вен нижних конечностей заключается в том, что проводят эндовенозную лазерную коагуляцию большой подкожной вены, предварительно исключенной путем перевязки сафено-бедренного соустья, под действием интраоперационной внешней эластической компрессии. Спосіб лікування варикозного розширення підшкірних вен нижніх кінцівок полягає в тому, що проводять ендовенозну лазерну коагуляцію великої підшкірної вени, попередньо виключеної шляхом перев'язки сафено-стегнового співустя, під дією інтраопераційної зовнішньої еластичної компресії.
