Zusammenfassung:A screw classifier is made in the form of a housing, a jacket with a screw, which are installed at an angle to the horizon with possibility of rotation and adjusting of its position, a drive, sieves with discharge branch pipes, under which containers are installed, loading, adjusting and fastening elements. The screw is installed in the elliptic jacket, in which its major axis is located in vertical plane with possibility of its change with respect to the jacket within the range up to 20°. From the lower side lengthwise of jacket, for example, four rows on 3 grooves in each of them of rectangular windows are made, which dimensions are considerably greater than the dimensions of the particles of transport materials, under which discharge nozzles are made, into the space between which from below the jacket a screen with elliptic openings is installed, where the major axis of the ellipsis is parallel to the axis of jacket, and its length is equal to 2 6 maximum dimensions of a part of transport materials, and the dimensions of the minor axis of ellipsis (width) is equal to 2 3 maximum dimensions of the transport particles. These adjacent screen openings are staggered in 3 6 rows. Screen openings in proportion to their lifting upward on the jacket are increased to the dimensions of large maximum fractions of the transport mixtures, in this case the screen is installed from below the elliptic jacket in the guides with possibility of axial displacement by known method, in addition to this, the discharge nozzles are vertical on top, and from below they are made at angle to the horizon, where the angle of their inclination is greater than the angle of friction, moreover from below in the discharge nozzles cylindrical openings are made with diameter smaller than the size of the particles of transport materials by known method.
