MILL ROLL

Invention can be used in production of the working rolls of finishing mills, predominantly of wire and light-section mills. Roll contains a shaft with conical seating surface, on which is mounted a rolling washer from wear-resistant material, a case located between the washer and the shaft with internal conical seating surface. The case is split along the axis on the length of combined section into n equal parts, where n - integer with the width of the cut groove equal to 0.2-0.5 mm. Invention allows to decrease the pressing-out effort of the roll elements with increase of the reliability of fastening rolling washer.
