METHOD FOR DETERMINING QUALITY OF QUICK-FROZEN BLOOD PLASMA BY THE DATA ON THE RESIDUAL CONTENT OF LEUCOCYTES

The proposed method for determining quality of quick-frozen blood plasma by the data on the residual content of leucocytes consists in determining thecontent of leucocytes in 1 ml of the plasma with consideration for the volume of the measuring chamber and the dilution ratio of the plasma.
