METHOD FOR SEROLOGICAL DETECTION OF ANTIMYCOBACTERIAL ANTIBODIES

A method for the serological detection of antimycobacterial antibodies comprises the immunoenzyme assay for estimating the content of antibodies in test and control sera by the measured extinction values. The whole cells of the vaccine strain M. bovis (BCG) fixed with ethanol are used in the assay.
