Zusammenfassung: | A radiator for thermo-photovoltaic systems in the form of hollow cylinder consists of three layers: an inner layer - a carbide-silicon layer irradiating energy in broad band, a central layer - filtering infrared radiation of far band, an outer - selectively radiating layer in accordance with absorption spectrum of photo-receiving cells. Central, outer and inner layers are made as two separate cylinders. An inner cylinder consists of a reinforcing C-SiC matrix on the basis of coal cloth and uniformly distributed through filling material volume, which contains silicon carbide, carbon and silicon in the form of amorphous and microcrystalline phases. |
