Zusammenfassung:	A method of metal thermal welding of high-speed cutting steel instrument plate to the support of tool includes process of metal thermal reaction of obtaining liquid alloy, which occurs as a result of combustion of the mixture of thermit and powder of aluminum oxide. At conducting of metal thermal reaction powder of tungsten oxide is additionally used. Into the obtained liquid alloy, which is used for welding of high-speed cutting steel instrument plate to the support of tool, a master alloy is introduced, namely, ferromanganese, ferrosilicon, ferromolybdenum, ferrochromium and cobalt.
