Zusammenfassung:A method for preventing the pyo-inflammatory complications after surgery in lungs and pleura provides for the use of the broad spectrum antibiotic. The first dose is administered prior to the beginning of the surgery. Intraoperatively, the soft tissues are treated with 5% solution of Betadine. Three broad spectrum antibiotics are used for 7 days: Amicacin 1.0 g, Ceftriaxon 1.0 g, and Levofoxacin 0.8 g followed by the specific antibiotic selected after the assessment of the sensitivity of the plated bacteria. Intraoperatively, the soft tissues are treated by Ceftriaxon 2.0 g in drops. The pleural cavity is sanitized mechanically and with Cyprofloxacin solution. The stump of the bronchus is treated with 0.5 g Tienam (in powder). Finally, the pleurization of the stump is performed.
