Zusammenfassung:	A wind-electromechanical heater has a windmill and induction converter placed in tank with heat accumulating liquid, as coaxial movable and fixed magnetic conduits. Movable magnetic conduit is placed inside hollow fixed magnetic conduit with possibility of rotation in bearings. In slots of fixed magnetic conduit armature windings are placed, those are connected in parallel and through connected in series rectifier and power controller are connected to contacts of circular excitation winding.
