Zusammenfassung: | A mechanical clutchless press contains a bed, a crankshaft installed in bearing supports of the bed and connected to an electric motor by a flywheel and a flexible member, an eccentric bushing installed on the crank which is enclosed by a large connecting-rod end with a support motionlessly fastened to it, a slider located in vertical guides of bedand connected with connecting rod and compensator of slider, and also mobile in axial direction means of switching the press with drive from fastened to the support actuating cylinder with a stock. The means of switching is made in the form of an elbow-shaped element which cylindrical part is mobably connected to blind axial hole in the center of eccentric bushing, and has a cavity in which the shock absorber is located, and plank-made part is periodically connected to protrusion on the end of crankshaft or with protrusion on the internal surface of support. |
