Zusammenfassung:	A device for delivary and fastening the rescue means in the high-rise buildings comprises the safety appliance for the rescuer, the appliances for rising and fastening the rescuer interconnected via the tie-rod. The safety appliance for the rescuer is mounted in the lorry body and is designed as the folding disk-shaped damper, with the tie-rod passed through the opening in the disk. The tie-rod is connected with the fixation appliance representing the knapsack with the belts for the thorax and the back and the loops for the shoulders and the hips interconnected by the strap. The device for mounting and fastening the rescuer comprises the balloon representing the frame of the knapsack shaped as the canister fitting the back of the rescuer. The device is equipped with jet nozzles operating in different direction and contains the compressed carrier of the energy. The tie-rod is connected with the back belt via the safety hook, while the opposite end of the tie-rod is rolled onto the pulley of the hoist.
