DIRECT-DRIVE WIND POWER UNIT

A direct-drive wind power unit has windmill with output shaft and electro-mechanical transducer as cylindrical, placed in coaxial positions with radial gap movable and fixed magnetic conductors, with long slots in neighboring surfaces parallel to common axis of magnetic conductors, and circular excitation winding arranged on fixed magnetic conductor in the plane normal to common axis of magnetic conductors dividing fixed magnetic conductor into two halves. Movable magnetic conductor is placed inside hollow fixed magnetic conductor with possibility of rotation in bearings fixed in end brackets at ends of electro-mechanical transducer and connected to the windmill shaft. Fixed magnetic conductor is assembled of sheets of electric steel as two same packs placed in steel cylindrical yoke, between those circular excitation winding is placed, in slots of fixed magnetic conductor armature windings are placed, those are connected by circuit of synchronous generator.
