Zusammenfassung:	A method for complex treatment of early stages of osteoarthrosis of knee-joint comprises surgical treatment followed by conservative treatment. The arthroscopic debridement is supplemented with microfractures of sclerotized subchondral bone in areas with deep cartilage defects. Then long-term deloading of affected limb is provided. Aflutop is used as chondroprotector according to conventional regimen. In addition, Thiotriasolin is used as antioxidant.
