STAND FOR TESTING CULTIVATOR BLADES WITH A VIBRATORY DRIVE

The proposed stand for testing cultivator blades with a vibratory drive contains a support frame, a rotary platform with a circular pan for ground, a drive for the platform, a holder for a cultivator blade with a vibratory drive, a unit for lifting and lowering a cultivator blade, and a control panel. The rotary platform with a circular pan for ground is arranged in the horizontal plane. The rotary platform drive contains a motor with a gear and a spring-loaded driving wheel that is in contact with the ring track of the platform. The platform drive is installed at a movable carriage with support rollers, which move along the guides of the support frame. The carriage is coupled with a rest of the support frame by a hydraulic cylinder and a dynamometer. The movement of the carriage is accomplished by the hydraulic cylinder. The holder for a cultivator blade with a vibratory drive is installed at the support frame with a possibility to move along vertical guides. The holder is coupled with the actuating element of the unit for lifting and lowering a cultivator blade.
