Zusammenfassung:The method for diagnostics of gastroesophageal reflux disease comprises the aiming biopsy of esophagus mucous coat by kelectome. The aiming biopsy by kelectome is carried out more distal than level of esophagogastric junction. The gastroesophageal reflux disease is diagnosed if the basal layer hyperplasia and epithelium lamination are histologically detected in biopsy material.
