Zusammenfassung:An experimental laboratory plant for simulation of industrial process of oxidative chlorination of ethylene to 1,2-dichlorethane in the fluidized bed of the fluid dispersed catalysts based on CuCl2/Al2O3 contains a glass quartz reactor with an electric heating; a glass quench column, a filled cap with Rushing rings; a glass coil cooler, a device for recovery of 1,2-dichlorethane and a system for preparation and regulation of the supply of reaction gases. In the system for preparation and regulation of the supply of reaction gases, namely ethylene, oxygen, hydrogen chloride and nitrogen, the gases are used, which are supplied to the experimental laboratory plant directly from industrial process lines of the 1,2-dichlorethane production.
