Zusammenfassung:	The transmitting complex of central and bases stations of TV radio information system with cellular structure includes a SHF- transmitter, an antenna, and a converter-former of group signal, which links with the transmitter and modulation units. Additionally, the complex includes an adder-equalizer, N-inputs of which are connected with N outputs of quadrature modulators, output of the adder-equalizer is connected with multi-channel power divider input. N outputs of the power divider are connected with N inputs of radio-relay transmitters that connected with radio relay antennas, M inputs are connected with M voice transmitters. Each voice transmitter is connected with antenna.
