METHOD TO MAKE RUSKS

A method of making rusks includes making dough, handling thereof, baking, drying rusk strips and cutting thereof into separate pieces. Processing of the rusk strips is carried out by means of extruding a loosen string onto the hearth of an oven, cutting thereof after baking and drying.
