METHOD FOR PREDICTING RISK OF PERINATAL LOSSES IN ANTIPHOSPHOLIPID SYNDROME
The method for predicting the risk of perinatal losses in antiphospholipid syndrome provides for accounting for the following factors: perinatal losses in anamnesis (scored as 3 points), diabetes mellitus (scored as 2 points), the chronic infection (scored as 1 point), the extremely high levels of a...

Zusammenfassung: | The method for predicting the risk of perinatal losses in antiphospholipid syndrome provides for accounting for the following factors: perinatal losses in anamnesis (scored as 3 points), diabetes mellitus (scored as 2 points), the chronic infection (scored as 1 point), the extremely high levels of antiphospholipid antibodies to cardiolipin and sphingomyelin - IgG more than 80 GPL, IgM more than 80 GPL, IgM more than 80 MPL (scored as 3 points), the disordered thrombocyte component of hemostasis system (scored as 2 points), the pregnancy complicated with pre-eclampsia, the placental failure and the hypoxia of fetus (scored as 1 point), decrease of progesterone blood content in the first trimester below 150 nmol/L (scored as 1 point). When the total score exceeds 6, the high risk of perinatal losses is predicted. When the total score is within 3-6 range, the increased risk of perinatal losses is predicted. Finally, the total score below 4 suggests the low risk of perinatal losses. |
