Zusammenfassung:	The method for treating and preventing the compression fractures of the bodies of thoracic vertebrae in the children comprises the early use of the treatment exercises in combination with the medicamentous treatment and the physiotherapy. Prior to the beginning of the treatment, the anthropometric examinations are performed, the physical performance is assessed, and the ultrasound densitometry of the heel bone is performed. The calcium preparations are prescribed depending on the results of the previous examination. On the second stage of the treatment, the exercises are performed with the loading devices in the limbs with the individually selected weight.
