GAS FLOW RATE METER

Gas flow rate meter has measuring chamber, source of direct voltage, resistor. Besides that there are included first thermo-sensitive field transistor, second field transistor, capacitor, passive inductivity, second source of direct voltage, at that gate of first thermo-sensitive field transistor is through resistor connected to first pole of first source of direct voltage, second pole of first source of direct voltage is connected to sink of second field transistor, at that source of first thermo-sensitive and second field transistor are connected to each other, and gate of second field transistor is connected to sink of first thermo-sensitive field transistor to which first output terminal is connected, and first output of passive inductance, and second output of passive inductance is connected to the first output of capacitor and first pole of second source of direct voltage and second output of capacitor is connected to the second pole of the second source of direct voltage to which second output terminal is connected.
