Zusammenfassung:	A method for local treatment of festering wounds includes placing the perforated drain in a wound. Zigzag drainage with apertures of a different diameter, packaged in a gauze serviette, is placed in a wound. Zigzag drainage is connected to the systemfor intravenous transfusion in a proximal area and the dirigible permanent dialysis of wound chamber is performed. Additionally, perforated drainages, which is get out through separate counteropenings and connected to the receptacles for collection of discharges, are set in lower edges of the wound from both its sides.
