The addition agent additionally comprises glycerin, monoalkyl esters of polyethylenglycol on the base of primary fatty alcohols with a number of carbohydrate atoms between 10 and 18, oxyethylated by 8-10 moles of ethylene oxide, boric acid and petroleum oil.
