Zusammenfassung:	The technique for one-stage subperiostal implantation comprises the dental examination, the manufacture of the diagnostic plaster patterns, the fixation of the central ratio of the jaws, and preoperative preparation of the patient. The state of the bone tissue and the soft tissues in the edentulous area is assessed by computed tomography of the bone sections in the area of the alveolar process in the tomograph equipped with Dento Scan software. The additional spiral scan is performed and three-dimensional model of the jaw is reconstructed using SimPlant Pro module Import (Materialise NV) software. Then stereolytographic model of the implant is made using layer-by-layer technology and laser hardening liquid compositions. Finally, the titanium construction is prepared and adjusted according to the conventional techniques.
