Zusammenfassung:A process for the preparation of flavin mononucleotide (5'-FMN) consists in introduction of genetic information about the synthesis of flavin mononucleotide in the microorganism's genome. The encoding riboflavin kinase FMN1 promoter of Debaryomyces hansenii is cut out and substituted by strong promoter of Candida famata elongation factor - TEF1. Vectors for superexpression of the FMN1 gene are constructed, the DNA fragment which contain information about the synthesis of 5'-FMN is introduced to the Candida famata genome by these vectors, recombinant strains with high activity of riboflavin kinase are obtained, in the culture broth of which 5'-FMN is accumulated.
