A method for treatment of patients with chronic pyelonephritis includes antibacterial therapy. Additionally preparation of proteflazid is inwardly applied 3 times per day in a dose of 5 drops on the first week of medical treatment, of 10 drops on 2-3th day, of 8 drops on 4th day.
