A binding material contains finely dispersed complex from minerals of hematite, tetite, hydrogarnet, rutile, anatase, sodium hydroalumosilicate with a possibility of additional and simultaneous carrying out functions of dye-stuff of concrete articles of red color with tints thereof due to the presence of components of this complex of minerals.
