Zusammenfassung:The method for the isolation of inhibitor of tripsin-like proteases from the wastes of gamma-globulin production comprises ion-exchange and affine chromatography. After the production of gamma-globulin using Kohn technology, the wastes are homogenized with the phosphate buffer. The homogenisate is placed into the refrigerator. The protease inhibitor is purified by ion-exchange chromatography in diethylaminoethyl cellulose. For the final purification, sephadex gel-filtration is applied followed by tripsin-sepharose chromatography and water desorption. The final preparation is freeze-dried.
