Zusammenfassung:An energy saving method for producing alcoholic brew comprises mixing ground raw material with water and preparation of setting along with ferments, heating setting, thermal and fermentative treatment of starch, cooling and fermentation of wort. Finely ground grain is preliminarily mixed with water in mechanical homogenizer, heat and fermentative treatment of setting is initiated in preliminary cooker-mixer with addition of rarefying ferment. The starch dextrinization is performed in apparatus of thermal and fermentative treatment. Besides, pasteurization of rarefied wort is carried out in pasteurizer with adding of rarefying agent. Fermentation of rarefying wort is performed in fermentationapparatus in the presence of hydrolytic ferments.
