Zusammenfassung:	A dryer for moist footwear includes an electric heater in the form of a cylindrical spiral bended as an arc containing a resistive element insulated by dielectric material, a waterproof shell from flexible insulating material. The heater is equipped with a flexible element located along the resistive element. The waterproof shell is made in such a manner that it covers the resistive and flexible elements simultaneously and fixes position thereof relative to each other.
