INDUCTOR FOR QUENCHING PIECES OF TYPE ôBODIES OF ROTATIONö

An inductor for quenching pieces of type ôbodies of rotationö, in which inner part of inductor is made in the form of cylindrical cup closed from the end, in which inside inner nipple is concentrically disposed, at that between inner diameter of cylindrical cup and outer diameter of inner nipple uniformly on circle rectangular centering partitions are disposed, and as a result there is formed, e.g. six tight chambers with length being equal to the length of surface, which is to heat, and which are rigidly closed from below by a disc, on which periphery two orifices are made, to which admission tubes with fittings are rigidly fixed, and in the center of disc an orifice is made, to which rigidly and tightly bypass pipe is fixed, besides, the inner surface of quenching piece is in interaction with external diameter of cylindrical cup of inner part of inductor, and outer surface of piece is interaction with inner diameter of solenoid.
