METHOD FOR DETERMINING CONTENT OF ASCORBIC ACID IN FRUIT JUICE
The proposed method for determining content of ascorbic acid in fruit juice consists in treating the sorbent by the juice and comparing the color of the treated sorbent with the reference color. As the sorbent, silica gel is used that is mofified by lucigenine and phosphomolybdic heteropolyacid.
