The production planning subsystem contains a unit for preparing and processing input data, a unit for generating shop production plans for a month period, and a unit for agreeing and approving the plans. The production accounting and process control subsystem contains a production accounting unit and a process control unit. The production process monitoring subsystem contains units for checking the fulfillment of the shop production plans. The automated workstations that are designed for servicing the chiefs of the departments and the production engineers of the enterprise are connected to the unit for preparing and processing input data. The automated workstations that are designed for servicing the chiefs and engineers of the shops are connected to the unit for generating shop production plans for a month period and the unit for agreeing and approving the plans. The automated workstations that are designed for servicing the managers of the enterprise and their substitutes are connected to the base server and the units for checking the fulfillment of the shop production plans.
