Zusammenfassung:The method for clinical and functional diagnostics of the arterial hypertension comprises measuring arterial blood pressure, performing electroneuromyography of hypothenar muscles, applying Nimodipin as the buccal form of the of the antagonist of slow calcium channels to the oral mucosa. Then electroneuromyography of hypothenar muscles is performedonce again in 15 minutes. The increase in arterial blood pressure to 160/95 mm Hg and the increase in amplitude-frequency characteristics of the potentials of action from the hypothenar muscles in muscular tension is a sign allowing for the clinical and functional diagnostics of the arterial hypertension.
