Zusammenfassung:The method for confirming the arterial hypertension comprises measuring arterial blood pressure, performing electroneuromyography of hypothenar muscles, applying Niprucel as the buccal form of the peripheral vasodilator to the oral mucosa. Then electroneuromyography of hypothenar muscles is performed once again in 15 minutes. The increase in arterial blood pressure to 160/95 mm Hg and the increase in amplitude-frequency characteristics of the potentials of action from the hypothenar muscles in muscular tension confirm the arterial hypertension.
